I've been thinking about this one for a while now.

Here's a few interpretations/thoughts about it.

Irony - It's ironic as Chad's been on cribs and all the other stuff he sings. So we have to assume it's a wee joke, ho ho Chad, I can dig it. An ironic song delivered in a non ironic ironic way.

Or

Chad is laughing and his manager is laughing and the record lable is laughing at me and you for lsitening and not getting it....

Or

It's just a shitty annoying song, that is blesssed with a hook so good it could take Jesus in.

Shame on you Chad, you had all the power and you cashed it in for a huge single.

I would have done the same, you lucky bastards.
